Today my Great-Grandma turns 94!! Her mother lived to almost 100 and died just a month before I was born. I have been very blessed to know all 4 of my great-grandmothers and 1 of my great-grandfathers. I still have all 4 grandparents living, both sets rocking 50+ years of marriage!

this weekend for the wedding, we'll only have one set of grandparents total in attendance - mr. right's paternal grandparents have both passed (his grandmother the january after we started dating) and i never got to meet them. his maternal grandfather is still living, but not in good enough health to travel down for the wedding.
and my paternal grandparents are deceased.
quiet odd, then, that the set of grandparents attending are just in their 70s!!
