Menu Planning Tuesday




A day late, but here is my meal plan for the week! Last week’s meal plan wasn’t followed too well, life happens and we just went with the flow. For more meal plans and recipes, check out Laura at the orgjunkie!

Monday: Baked mac n cheese, veggies

Tuesday: Lemon Pepper pasta with chicken, broccoli

Wednesday: Stew and biscuits

Thursday: French Toast Bake, smoky links, fruit

Friday: Sweet n Sour chicken (Wanchai Ferry Kit bulked up with additional veggies and brown rice).
French Toast Bake
1 loaf cinnamon swirl bread ($1.29 at the bread outlet!)
6 eggs
3 cups ½ n ½ (I use a pint of ½ n ½ and enough milk to make 3 cups total)
Chop bread into bite size pieces and put in a greased 9x13 pan. Mix eggs and milk/ ½ n ½ . Pour over bread. Store in fridge overnight, bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. Can also add additional cinnimon or chopped apple, rasins, etc.
