One of my favorite things are New Balance Shoes! I love New Balance Shoes! When I first started running, I wore New Balances because they were the only athletic shoes I owned. I then tried another brand and hated them, they fit my feet horrible! So now I've moved back to New Balance and swear by them!

My feet overpronate wickedly and have no arch, with other shoes I'm pretty much running on the sides of my feet, but not with New Balance! Their stability shoes with N-Lock are amazing, its like having little braces holding my feet secure. And boy are they comfy. And they wear awesome. Once they get too worn out for running, I still can wear them around for walking, errands, etc for at least another year, they look great!
Plus New Balance has a committment to manufacturing in the US. They are very competively priced and have great training gear.
Another thing? I love their current Love/Hate ads! The last one I read in Runner's World totally cracked me up, because they capture the love/hate relationship every runner feels with the sport.
I could go on and on about New Balance from their amazing fit and choices in size and width to their reputable and respectable company. But then you might think I was paid to do this and I wasn't!

My 'running' (er...walking) shoes are a couple years old, so I hope to buy some new ones soon. When I get a new pair of tennis shoes, I actually WANT to run (something that doesn't happen too often to this girl!).
I didn't know that they are made in the US - love that! I'll definitely have to try on some New Balances!
Oooh, what a neat weekly thing!
