Menu Planning

Monday: Smoked Sausage and Scalloped Potatoes (once again trying this meal), fruit salad

Tuesday: Pasta with chicken and veggies, garlic bread

Wednesday: BBQ pork sandwiches, tator tots, corn on the cob

Thursday: Meatballs, mashed potatoes, broccoli

Friday: Frozen pizza/leftover buffet

Saturday: date night!

What we actually ate, compared to the plan (what we actually ate is in bold):

Monday: Meatloaf, baked potatoes, veggie, Meatloaf, baked potatoes, veggie (I made double of this and brought it to the family from church who needed a meal)
Tuesday: Turkey Sandwiches before softball, Turkey Sandwiches before softball (the game was rained out, but I made the sandwiches so we ate them)
Wednesday: Cheesy broccoli and chicken casserole Kielbasa and potatoes (3rd week on menu!)
Thursday: Leftover cheesy broccoli and chicken casserole leftovers or something from freezer as we will be baking/prepping for the Family Reunion
Friday: Stopped at McDonald’s as I had a free kids meal coupon (I’m still a kid!)Sandwiches in car on way to reunion
Saturday & Sunday: Family Reunion!! So of course I ate WAY too much but I ran Sunday morning so…I should be fine

Great menu! Even you I deviate from my menu, it always feels good to know I have a back-up!
