I'm again partcipating in Menu Planning Monday hosted by Org Junkie. And again it seems to be a sparse week! But here is what we'll be eating for dinner this week:
Monday: Leftovers from our weekend cook-out. So its hotdogs, watermelon and Chex Mix
Tuesday: Pancakes and Eggs. The pancakes are leftover from our Saturday morning breakfast feasts. Luckily this will be quick to reheat since Hubby has church league softball at night.
Wednesday: KFC. We have to be at church around 6:15 pm and Hubby gets out of work at 5:30 pm and the town we work and go to church at is about 20 minutes from home. You do the math:)
Thursday: Grilled Steak, baked potatoes, veggie. Kinda making up for the loads of leftovers earlier in the week.
Friday: Young adults cook-out. We are going to a swimming party with our young adults group from church.
Saturday & Sunday: We are going to the in-laws this weekend, so we will eat what they are eating!
